Receive a Detailed Proposal
After selecting a preferred model or sharing a custom house sketch, our sales team will craft a detailed proposal for the selected house, including any additional options you might consider. This phase, which can take 1−2 weeks, covers everything from transportation and on-site assembly to optional furnishings and detailing:

Placing Your Order
To move forward with your modular house, place an order based on the personalized offer provided in step 2. Acceptance of the offer involves signing a contract and making an initial payment, marking your commitment and kickstarting the construction phase. This agreement process usually completes within 1-2 weeks after offer acceptance, with our team ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Production Phase
The production of your house typically unfolds over 8-12 weeks following the initial payment. This off-site fabrication process encompasses room finishing, façade, and roofing. Client approval, whether through a factory visit or virtual inspection, precedes the meticulous packing of the building, readying it for transport. Concurrently, clients should prepare the foundation as per BAU Fabrika's guidelines, ensuring readiness for the building's arrival.
Arranging Transportation
Upon final preparations, BAU Fabrika coordinates the transportation of the packed house to your site. The logistics phase, varying from 1-4 weeks based on location and transport method (e.g., road, or a combination of road and sea), ensures your house arrives safely and efficiently.
